princeton nj real estate: Palmer Square Gift Certificates - 05/16/08 11:16 PM
My husband and I just got back from a wonderful dinner, celebrating my girlfiend Mallory's graduation from The College of NJ and her brand, spanking new Master's degree. We are so proud of her and know the tremendous effort she put into getting her Master's. She and her husband adore Princeton so I knew a Palmer Square gift certificate would be just perfect for her. Palmer Square, right in the heart of downtown Princeton features over 40 brand name stores, uniques boutiques and fabulous restaurants. The gift certicate, which I purchased at The Papery of Princeton, is accepted at any store or restaurant (3 comments)

princeton nj real estate: Get Me Off This Crazy Ride!! - 11/04/07 10:01 PM
Selling real estate in my market, the Greater Princeton NJ area, has recently felt like being on a roller coaster without being belted in. We have read many blogs lately bemoaning the current state of real estate, but as we all know real estate is LOCAL. We need to know on a daily basis what the current "temperature" of real estate is in our local markets. This makes sense since we are selling locally, not nationally. In the town of Princeton, average sales prices are slightly higher than last year, Montgomery is slightly down and Hillsborough is slightly higher. Inventory is of course, higher (16 comments)
princeton nj real estate: Antique Car Show, Princeton NJ - 10/02/07 11:52 AM
On Saturday, September 29, while taking a short break from selling real estate in Princeton and Montgomery NJ, I stopped by the Princeton Shopping Center on North Harrison and spent a little time wandering through the Antique Car Show. Featured in this local Princeton event were about 20 cars from the 1920s through the 1970s. I'm not a car buff so I can't tell much about all the cars that were there, but I particularly enjoyed the orange microbus for either the 60's or the 70's , decorated inside and out with Princeton University memorabilia.
Below, my absolute favorite, a shiny black (3 comments)
