termite inspection: The Drunken Inspector - 03/18/10 07:36 AM

We had a termite inspection on a beautiful lake-side home my client is purchasing in Wellington FL, and the inspector ruffled my feathers a bit.First off, when he greeted me, the alcohol smell on his breath almost blew me away. For those that think you can have a drink with lunch and no on will be the wiser, think again. Don’t come around my nose with your smelly alcohol breath!Next, he proceeded to tell me he found a subterranean termite egg in the stucco of the house, which, I might add, he had been picking at with his handy screw driver … (13 comments)
