The 2010 United States Census count has arrived in Wellington FL, as I’m sure you’ve all noticed that live here and have seen the signs posted on the sides of the roads here in Wellington announcing its arrival!
Census questionnaires began arriving via mail in households in the U.S. in March. Census questionnaires will also be available at all public libraries for those households that do not receive one in the mail. And apparently, if you don't send the form back in, someone might come a-knocking at your door!

We had a termite inspection on a beautiful lake-side home my client is purchasing in Wellington FL, and the inspector ruffled my feathers a bit.First off, when he greeted me, the alcohol smell on his breath almost blew me away. For those that think you can have a drink with lunch and no on will be the wiser, think again. Wellington Florida Village Park Gets New Skate Park!
I am posting this again because the skate park had closed for quite awhile due to some teenagers not following the safety rules. The Village has made some changes and re-opened, just in time for some nice Spring weather! The Wellington Florida Village Park Recreation Center, located at 11700 Pierson Road in Wellington Florida, has done it again! They have built a skate park for the beginner and the avid skate boarders! In-line skaters are welcome, too!

We met on a hot summer day in August. They were the cutest couple, she worked as a school teacher, elementary, he had just starting working for FPL. I just closed on a short sale in the Grand Isles neighborhood in Wellington, FL with my clients that were relocating from Ft. Myers-the West coast of Florida. When we moved to Wellington Florida it was for the school system, and the climate, of course! The schools here are A-rated, and have gifted, honors, and advanced programs. Palm Beach Central High School offers AP courses (which are college-level courses, with college credits applied if completed successfully).
