New listings were also up 11.4%. Pending sales, however, dropped 12.1%. Year-to-Date Trends Comparing January-July 2007 with the same period in 2006, new listings were down 7.8%. Closed sales also fell a slight .6%, and pending sales decreased 3.7%. Appreciation Comparing the 12 months ending with July 2007 to the 12 immediately prior, average sale price appreciated a slight 1.1% ($318,100 v. $314,600).
