Looks like the lower end market is still doing really well. The higher end market is suffering a little bit, but the main problem is getting funding. There isn't really a lack of buyer's in the higher end market, it's just become a lot more diffucult to get approved on those loans.

One thing buyers always ask is, "the seller is going to pay my loan costs right?" We had an idea to encourage education in our local community of Logan Utah. We contacted the Cache Valley Utah school board, and we're setting up THE LISA UDY TEAM EXCELLENCE IN BUSINESS SCHOLARSHIP FUND. We are going to donate a hundred dollars for each Logan Utah home we sell in 2009.
We are asking students to submit a one page essay containing the ten best

thing's about living in Cache Valley Utah. Hopefully, by May, we will be able to give away a $1500 scholarship to help someone achieve their dream of going to college.

Hamilton's Steak And Seafood is by far my favorite restaurant in Logan, Utah.  I decided to give a review of the fine dining restaurant, and the quality of service. 
           
Recently The Lisa Udy Team went to lunch, this was last Friday, we went to Hamilton's Steak and Seafood. We were surprised by the new menu Hamilton's recently introduced. We usually go to Hamilton's about once every two weeks, so this was a delightful surprise!
