The Logan Utah Real Estate market is getting a lot of attention lately. In a down economy, I think it's important to find the bright spots. Logan Utah Real Estate is one of those bright spots in the national news, and I would like to sum up some of the latest reports on our market.
The Utah Real Estate market showed a decrease in home values in 2008 by 6%. Logan homes are the only homes in Utah to show an actual increase in value. This increase, which is small, but is still an increase; was 1.9%, according to national reports. This puts Logan, … (1 comments)

First of all what are incentives?
An incentive is any factor (financial or non-financial) that enables or motivates a particular course of action, or counts as a reason for preferring one choice to the alternatives. -Wikipedia
Who doesn't love incentives? I mean, they are the best thing for buyers. And sellers will surely sell their homes and smile all the way to the bank.
Incentives are great, but what happens when the incentives are gone? You're in the same boat, you wait for the next incentive, because acting without an incentive is just bad logic. Right?
