The Cache Valley Real Estate Market is showing some signs of balance. What do I mean balance? I was looking at our statistics for the last 7 days. This is what I found:
February 24th, 2009 to March 3, 2009
New active listings for Cache Valley: 38
Cache Valley houses under contract: 20
Cache Valley Houses Sold: 18
These numbers are kind of surprising to me. We had 38 new listings come on the market in Cache Valley, and we had 38 houses either put under contract or sold. Balanced? I think so!
