I get at least 1 or 2 phone calls a day asking the same question. Do I have any homes for rent? Unfortunately that is not something I do, however, is it a good time to buy an investment property to rent out? Rental prices in Northern Utah, and Cache County Utah, have been increasing steadily over the last few years. A big reason for this, is the Northern Utah housing market. People are scared to jump in and buy a home, they would rather rent, and wait out the storm.
