selling a home: Gearing Up For Spring: Selling your Home When Everyone Else Is - 01/25/10 01:47 PM
In the last month I have had a few sellers that have taken their Logan Utah homes off the market. They decided they just wanted to wait until spring time, and didn't want their homes to become stale on the market. Some of these seller's homes were on the market for some time, and I couldn't talk them into reducing their prices. The market had spoken, their homes were overpriced.

selling a home: Why Has My Home Expired? - 07/27/09 06:06 PM
Do you remember when you had that meeting with your real estate agent? They told you what it would take to get your home sold, and they gave you hope, hope that your home would sell. So, why exactly are you selling in this market? If you answered that question the same as most sellers, it had something to do with financial uncertainty. You either lost a job, you are underwater in your mortgage, unexpected medical … (0 comments)
