This type of purchase does not require as much capital as other foreclosures. Tornadoes were not the only factor contributing to devastating damage across the Dallas and Forth Worth areas that include many counties in and around the North Texas corridor yesterday.  If you have never been in a hail storm, it's hard to imagine when the news is stating "tennis and baseball size hail".  Imagine rock hard balls of ice hurtling down on your home, vehicles, etc... that look like these in Forney, TX:

Well, nothing gets the heart pumping faster than when you start hearing the tornado sirens blaring and the news breaks in to warn of tornado(s) sighted and/or touching down.
Dangerous conditions currently exist with two confirmed sightings of a tornado in two separate parts of the greater Dallas area.  Currently concentrated in the south cities that include DeSoto, Duncanville, Lancaster, Red Oak and Glenn Heights the storm is rapidly tracking north.
