Hiring Talent with Bad Credit - Would You Do It?by Lisa Wells With the economy, foreclosures, lay-offs and consumer credit issues what they are today, the sad truth is many talented people now have bad credit, and are looking for a job. Unfortunately their job hunt is even more difficult if they are applying for positions, such as those in the financial services industry, where credit worthiness is a factor in being offered a job. I can see the issue from both sides as I managed services that allow employers and landlords to check applicants' backgrounds - including criminal records, MVRs
