Bethesda continues to expand with one great restaurant after another.  Earlier this summer the Mussel Bar opened on Woodmont Avenue in the old Levante restaurant space.  Now Vapiano has joined the mix in the next block in a newly constructed building.     I recently took the Accredited Buyers Representative course from Realtor.org, and I was more than pleasantly surprised by how much I benefitted from the course.  I have been selling real estate for more than 20 years.  Buyer agency came in about the same time I did to the industry, so I certainly understand buyer agency.  In addition, I am a lawyer by training before becoming a realtor so I can recite in my sleep the duties that an agent owes to his or her client.  COAL for confidentiality, obedience, accountability, and loyalty.  And coal in your stocking if you forget that!  With … (4 comments)

  Just reduced to $699,000 - the sellers are looking for an offer. 
With great regret, they have moved across the country and left behind their much loved home in Burke Virginia.  They will miss their five bedroom home with four and a half baths, the media room, the extra large rec room, and the family room/breakfast room/kitchen combination.
