This week i'm in Atlant, Georgia at Keller Williams Reatly's Family Reunion.  I'm having such an amazing time!
I've learned so much about how a wrong hire can not only suck your time and energy this week.  having been through it myself, but not really heard from other agents about their experience, i'd like to post this question:
How much do YOU think your wrong hire COST you?
I'll follow up on this with more information as I hear about your experiences!

Listing Agent's Panel This wednesday Feb. 6th - 02/03/08 09:26 PM
This Wednesday we're hosting a panel with 4 of the top agents in the area.  They include Greg R Benson (Keller Williams Bellevue), Jennifer Manning (Windermere), Brian Leavitt (Northstone homes), and Ben Kinney (Keller Williams).
We'll be talking about pricing a home correctly, and how to approach it with our sellers.  Then if the price needs to come down what scripts and dialogues do the best of the best use.
