It's hard to explain to buyers why so many homes on the market are dirty and uncared for in all price ranges. I take special pride into "Merchandising Homes," so it shows the best that it can, with very little expense for the seller. So often potential seller calls after they have prepared their home for the market. I feel so bad for them that they have put lots of money into preparation, and it wasn't even areas that would attract buyers.
