Sizzling deals for Buyers.  It's amazing to me how many great buys are on the market in Copperopolis, Lake Tulloch area right now.  We are seeing prices we haven't had since around the early 90's. 
It makes me think of the e-mail that was floating around sometime back that went something like...

June 7,  2008 -  Copperopolis Homecoming Celebration -  Charlie Stone Memorial Parade and Emergency Service Day
The Copperopolis Community Center invites you to join them for the 2008 Copperopolis Homecoming Celebration. There will be an "all you can eat" pancake breakfast from 8:00 am to 10:30 am with tickets being $7.50 for adults and $5.00 for kids 12 or under.

Batten down the hatches!!!! It's going to be a windy Memorial Weekend this year:) Check back on Monday for some area photo's:)


Well Saturday was a rainy one:)  But let's face it even when it's raining we can still find things to do:)
I found many out enjoying the lake. Bundled up with sweatshirts and pants instead of shorts and tanktops. There were kids out playing, people fishing, groups down by the lake enjoying each others company......I even found myself laughing when I rounded a corner in Peninsula Estates and thru my winshield wipers watched four gown men playing golf in … (2 comments)
