    Hey everyone!  It has been a while since I have contributed to Active Rain, and I have missed you guys!  Did you miss me???
What have I been up to you ask? 
I dismantled my old Livegoodbehappy.com website about a month ago to do a re-build and have been working on it since. 
So, the big news is that I have been developing the most ROCKIN' AWESOME Real Estate website known to mankind for the last month!!  Yep, I feel that good about it! And, yep, I did it myself, and NOPE, sorry, I do not have the time to build you one. :)  … (16 comments)

I was recently Meme'd.  And while sharing some very-off-subject-from-Real-Estate-things about me with the folks on Active Rain was an exercise in, well, exorcism of my past follies, I recognized something VERY IMPORTANT ABOUT REAL ESTATE MARKETING (for that matter...ALL marketing) that I think is worth sharing.
I am convinced that we are meant to bring ALL OF THE funny, weird, silly, tragic, educational, insightful, things that make up WHO WE ARE to our careers, our families, and our friendships.

  I just heard a spooky statistic from Dave Beason, NAR Real Estate Coach;
Over 1/2 (Yes ONE HALF!) of all licensed agents have NEVER SOLD A HOME! Wow! And 1/2 of the 1/2 remaining licensed agents who have sold something, average only 4 transactions per year! (Yes, only FOUR!!) Meaning, only 1/4 of the licensed agents in the United States are practicing Real Estate as a CAREER. (Oh my goodness!)
