I think it is up to the PROFESSIONAL REALTORS (those who are in it, and have been in it as a career) along with the PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, LENDERS to work diligently to help our current situation find its center again. So, a few days ago I posted that I was going to be on a local radio show, Radio Real Estate on KGMI 790. Well, I was and it was great FUN!!! I was nervous at first. Sheesh! What do you fill 1 hour of radio time with??? But, with all of the commercial time and breaks and news, it was only about 15-20 minutes of on air speaking.
