Hello again Active Rain...it's been a while.
I stopped by to check out my blog today, and saw that ALL of the Postlets I have posted are inactive. Reason : They are all SOLD!!! WOW!!! It has been a GREAT SUMMER for Real Estate in Bellingham and Whatcom County Washington! I have quite a number of new listing Postlets that never made it here, because I have been too stinkin' BUSY this summer to update the myriad of sites I belong to.

I went to my Real Estate Masterminds group yesterday. Real Estate Masterminds is a group of agents from different offices who have decided to come together to form a 'collective', to meet twice a month and share business ideas and inspiration with eachother. What a fantastic, Live good. Be happy...FRESH approach to real estate opportunity! Through being open with each other about what makes our businesses prosper, we make each other better agents, we inspire each other with new ideas, we pump each other up. WOW! Ok, I have been writing all creampuff and sweet for some time now. Posting my Live good. Be happy. quotes, spreading sunshine around the blog-o-sphere. It has been a little while since I have felt the need to RANT! Well...
Within the past month or so the Washington State Legislature passed a consumer protection act called the "Distressed Property Act", it will become active on June 12th, 2008.
Hmmm...sounds like a good idea, huh?

So, a few days ago I posted that I was going to be on a local radio show, Radio Real Estate on KGMI 790.
Well, I was and it was great FUN!!! I was nervous at first. Sheesh! What do you fill 1 hour of radio time with??? But, with all of the commercial time and breaks and news, it was only about 15-20 minutes of on air speaking.
The show is available on the KGMI Website for a few weeks for those that are interested in listening.

Thought I would send a quick post to let you know that in a few short hours I will be on the radio in our area discussing the Women's Council of Realtors, our Real Estate market...etc...with my good friend and fellow Realtor, Mike Kent.
Mike has a radio show on 790 KGMI called, Radio Real Estate (Mike is a marketing GENIUS!!!). It is a one hour show devoted to local happenings in our Real Estate Community that airs every Saturday on 790 KGMI.
(The show will air Saturday-TODAY!! from 10:00am-11:00am Pacific Standard Time)
