If you are interested in buying a home or a realtor in need of business, now is the time to jump in the market or call all of your leads. Down payment assistance ends October 1. This means that buyers will now have to come up with 3.5% of the value of the loan as a down payment. This will eliminate many of the clients that are going from apartment living to inexpensive homes since their mortgage will be less than their rent.
