Brookwood High School Named Gold Award Winner and 2008 Georgia School of Excellence. They are one of 6 schools in the state of Georgia to be named and the only one in Gwinnett County.  Yet another reason to move to Snellville.

The average sale price was 163,738 with 73 days on the market.
The most expensive home sold for $633,800 and was on the market for 237 days.
 
There are also 143 pending properties for the month of October.
