I have been using Real Estate Client Referrals for about 6 months now.  I have invested about $3500.  So far, I have gotten one listing (a $360,000) and one closing ($6300). I have many potential buyers that will be ready next month to purchase for the summer. In my opinion, it has been well worth the money. You do have to invest money to make money.  I would encourage anyone who is looking to increase their business look into using them or a service similar.

Obama Money for your down payment? - 04/27/09 08:44 PM
I was showing homes in a new development. The agent there informed me that they were could use the tax incentive as my buyers down payment.  I responded "Really?".  My buyers ended up not liking the subdivision, but this led me to talk to my local H and R Block office to see if this could actually happen. They answered that it was against the law to advance the stimulus since you would have actually had to close in order to receive the stimulus check.
Has anyone else run into this?
