Snellville allowing Sunday Alcohol Sales - 12/31/09 09:39 PM
Snellville will now allow businesses within the city limit to serve alochol on Sunday. In a historic vote, the council earlier this month voted in favor of allowing local establishments serve alcohol. This will now allow Snellville to attract the types of establishments, namely fine dining, that has been previously unable to operate within the city limits due to the restriction. Snellville is now open for business for those establishments that previously stayed away from the city. This should be a boon to our local economy. Ronald Reagan Parkway Extension: Relieving Gwinnett Congestion - 12/31/09 09:06 PM
As promised, here is some more information on the proposed extension of Ronald Reagan Parkway. These are all things that can factor into getting any type of loan. If all of the above were positive (no late payments, no maxed out cards, most of your credit available),

The news is good for both the economy and for buyers/sellers. Let's cut to the chase: Existing home sales were up 7.4% compared to October, which already had surged up 10%. A big reason for the uptick in existing home sales was the first time home buyer credit. 51% of these sales were first time home buyers.
