How to Buy a Fixer-Upper for Only 3.5% Down
Did you ever wonder how homes that are ‘fixers' could be purchased without paying cash?   The answer is with a rehabilitation loan.

The FHA 203K  loan, however, requires only 3.5% down and is all put into one loan.  This … (2 comments)

Caffe Calabria in North Park Hits the Spot - 10/23/10 06:07 PM
Caffe Calabria in North Park makes the most authentic Italian espresso I have tried so far in San Diego.  If you are an espresso lover this place is a must.  The espresso here is thick, creamy and  served with sparkling water (Frizzante) just like in good old Italia.  The panini are delicious! Today I had the sopresata which is a small panini with spicy Italian salami and a bit of shaved Grana Padano cheese.  True to Italian form there are only a few thinly sliced pieces of salami on a crusty roll, which is all that is really needed.
Caffe Calabria has … (0 comments)
