No, you don't have to be a certain height to sell your home. :-)
But, if you've landed here, you must be researching "short sales". A lot of people are beginning to hear these buzz words and most really don't understand it. Don't feel bad, it hasn't been widely publicized up until recently. Some people may use this term when they speak about selling their home for less than what they owe and must bring money to the closing to make up the difference. Yes, this is a short sale of sorts, but when most people say "short sale" they aren't referring to YOU bringing money to the table. … (4 comments)
