Is it me or does it seem like a lot of Realtors just grab a domain name and toss it out there so they can say, "yeah, I have a website!" Don't take offense. I understand. We get our license and turn and run the minute we can sell houses. We want to make money right? But seeing how NAR research indicates that 80+% of people are turning to the Internet to find homes and Realtors, it really only make sense to follow the market. Herein lies my quest for building the best website I can for both myself and my clients.

BPO's - Market Summary - 09/05/07 04:06 PM
I've been getting my feet wet with BPO's and finally starting to see some action (thanks to Clear Capital) after filling out all those online forms for what seems like hundreds of companies. I hope I never have to look up another zip code again! Uggghhhh!!!!
So, here's a question to all you seasoned BPO/REO agents:
Where do you find your "Market Summary" information? Clear Capital has a section on their form asking for the foreclosure rate, unnemployment rate, supply of new and re-sale homes, etc. I end up googling a lot or some information my company has on hand. I can certianly … (8 comments)

Are you one of those agents that put off Con Ed??? Hopefully not ... it's stressful thinking about getting it done.
