I’ve been researching zoning ordinances for the different counties. I have a farmette that is hopefully going to closing soon, a client that wants chickens, a friend that wants to add on a garage, and a relative that is planning to move and bring their 5th wheel. All of these issues have zoning rules and regulations that need to be taken into consideration.

fredericksburg city: Tax Rates, Anyone? - 04/02/09 06:26 PM

I just added the tax rates for the local communities (real estate and personal property) to my personal blog. Instead of having stagnant information that could become incorrect, I thought it would be better to give links to the websites with the current tax rates. This should last – unless the county decided to redo their county webpage.
