This bull looks really smart.

liz flint: Help, Who Do You Know Who Can Finance Unrestricted Land Over 10 Acres? - 10/04/11 06:26 PM
Who Can Finance Unrestricted Land Over 10 Acres? I am having a real problem finding financing for a cliet of mine that fell in love with a piece of land that is unrestricted and 13 acres. After taking a while to find the perfect piece of land, now we are being turned down by one bank because it is over 10 acres, the other lenders say they can't finance it because it is unrestricted. Do you have a lender that you can recommend? I have already tried Bank of America, Capital One, Woodforest National Bank and Capital Farm Credit. Thanks for (2 comments)
