Amazing sunset tonight in Tomball, Texas.  There are some beautiful colors in the sky right now.

As I am typing this article, the sky (and clouds) are turning a deep red color.

I think Thomas Kinkaid would have liked this sunset.  Lots of beautiful colors.

This was taken from the front porch of my Century 21 office in Tomball.  It faces west toward Lone Star College -- Tomball. 
 

 
This was from Faulky Gully at Louetta Rd.  Faulky Gully runs through Heatherwood Village and Lakewood Forest subdivisions.   Louetta Rd is the dividing line between Houston and Tomball.  I took this picture from the Houston side of Louetta.
 

This was after a rain storm. The color is a vibrant orange.  I just had to share it with you.

The Sky Is On Fire -- Awesome Sunset in Tomball, Texas!

I happened to look out the window last Thursday 1/12/12 and noticed this spectacular sunset.  It looked like the sky was on fire.

The reflection from the clouds was just beautiful.  It almost looked like lava.

Sorry about the wires in the way.    Just wanted to share this awesome sight with you.

The Lifecycle Of A Sunset.  These pictures were taken outside the Kroger supermarket off of the the new 249 Bypass in Tomball.

The items backlit are the freeway overpass and the trees they planted next to the overpass.  As I went into Kroger to get some groceries, I noticed what a beautiful sunset it was becoming.

In this one the cloud edges look like liquid gold. 

This was after I came out of the store from shopping.  It was amazing the difference that 20 or 30 minutes made in the look of the sunset.

I saw this sunset last night as I was leaving my office and decided to go over to the parking lot of Lone Star CollegeTomball so I wouldn't have any wires or obstructions in the picture.

The lining to this cloud is what first caught my eye.  This was about 8pm. The sun is fully behind the cloud and it is making the edges of the cloud look really beautiful.

I took this picture while on Sunday the way home from the 24 Hours in Saginaw  Train event last weekend.  What fun that was.

These pictures were taken on June 5th, 2006.  Several of my brothers and sisters and their families all went on an Alaskan Cruise.  Before we got on the cruise in Vancouver, we all went to Buchart Gardens in Victoria, British Columbia. 

These famous gardens are well worth the time. 

 What fun it must be to design something so beautiful.

 There are several water features that add a great element to photos.

These sunset pictures were taken today off the coast of Oregon, near Indian Beach and south of there.

The trees on this hillside seem to have been cleared.

I like the effect the cloud has on the sun in this picture.

It is not unusual to see a tree on a sea stack, but this one looks a little lonely.

The lady in the picture was enjoying the last rays of the day.  Love the pinks in the sky.

Spectacular Sunset After Thunderstorm.  This was after a bad thunderstorm last night in Tomball, Texas.

 Besides being a Century 21 real estate agent, I also represent a builder, and had to go check the model home next door to make sure it was locked up for the night.  I happened to notice this beautiful sunset.

 So I ran to get my camera so I could take a picture of this wonderful sunset before the sun went down.
