In November 2011 there were more sales with 366 homes selling. This is likely due to there being more inventory on the market at that time.

City of Maricopa, Arizona had an estimated 154 single family detached homes sell from November 1 to November 30, 2011.
In November 2010 there were more sales with 175 homes selling. I believe this is due to the inventory being lower this year than it was last year. With interest rates at all time lows, buyers can take advantage of some wonderful single family homes in a great city such as Maricopa, AZ.

Chandler, Arizona had an estimated 273 single family detached homes sell from November 1 to November 30, 2011.
In November 2010 there were more sales 273 homes selling. I do believe that this is due to supply and demand. I feel that the inventory levels are being kept down to drive prices up.

It’s that time of year again!  The 3rd Annual Dobson Place Winterfest block party will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2011 from 5 to 10 PM on Kimberlee Way.  Neighborhood Girl Scout Brownie Troop 2042 will open the evening with a salute to the flag and some holiday carols.  Then listen for Santa’s bells as he makes his appearance.  As a new attraction this year, from 5 to 7PM, we will have a wonderful backdrop for the little ones to pose for photos with Santa.  Another addition this year for the youngsters will be a train ride around the closed … (2 comments)

While Chandler, AZ has had a -9.3% change in $/SF from 10/13/10 to 10/13/11, it will be interesting to see how the next few months unfold. Second and third quarters of 2011 began to show a less than three month supply of homes on the market.
