Post for AgentOwned Realty AgentOwners At Johnnie Dodds today, we had a class on the new tax rebate law taught by our very own Becky Hayward of Residential Mortgage. In the class were: Ute Appleby, Susie Schumm, Mary Nielson, Kim Conger, Ashley Melton, Inga Thompson, Marilyn Durkee, June Kemmerlin, Delores Johnson and Susan Bryant. Agent-Owners are found everywhere --- meaning that agents who own their homes are true agent owners, but what this post is about is the agent-owners of a real estate company.
How many real estate companies do you know that has 100% ownership by its agents? If you know of one, I would like to know. There are currently approximately 480 agent-owners in The AgentOwned Realty Company. What does it mean to be an agent-owner? One must be a licensed real estate professional with any one of the AgentOwned Realty offices.
