Agent Sam has a listing -- listed for $159,000 -- MLS data says that owner will do owner financing and need a "quick sale". Agent Bob has a buyer client who offers $155,000 with the owner doing the financing. Sam talks with his seller and they counter -- Bob calls his buyer client and relays the counter -- buyer verbally accepts the offer. Seller does not have the counter in writing because the seller has no fax and no scanner and lives too far for listing agent to go and get initials. A Little You Tube help needed When I make a video and replay it on my computer, all is good. Then I upload to YouTube and for some reason the video mouth and voice don't exactly match. Can anyone help me? An example is the below video:

True Dual Agency? When talking with one of my agent-owners last week, this issue of dual agency came up. She had just spoken with a potential client (Mr. Black) who had been under a sales contract for a particular house -- it seems that there are issues with the house and they were wanting to look elsewhere. When my agent-owner (Elizabeth) asked if they were under a buyer's agreement, they said that theirs had expired and this is when the information on their existing contract came about. Dogs vs Cats The old wise tale is that cats and dogs do not get along -- thus, the saying, "Fighting like cats & dogs". Yes, I've seen dogs chasing cats and I've seen them fighting, but I also know that some dogs and some cats become best friends.
My granddaughter has 2 cats and each of my grandsons have a pug -- all live inside the home in great harmony. They not only get along, but they like to play with each other.

Agent-Owners are found everywhere --- meaning that agents who own their homes are true agent owners, but what this post is about is the agent-owners of a real estate company.
How many real estate companies do you know that has 100% ownership by its agents? If you know of one, I would like to know. There are currently approximately 480 agent-owners in The AgentOwned Realty Company. What does it mean to be an agent-owner? One must be a licensed real estate professional with any one of the AgentOwned Realty offices.

If you missed the first post on this subject, please read Is it a Contract? before you continue here.
The latest is that the seller's attorney as written to the buyer and said the seller intended to sue, but that according to the contract, the parties must go through mediation first. This letter suggested 3 attorneys that the seller would approve as a mediator.

Yes, that's right. I have just completed building a web site - OwnYourRealEstateCo Yes, there is still tweaking that needs to be done and also, I will add more pages. This has been a terrific learning experience and I just wanted to prove that I could do it. I used WordPress and I cannot say that it was easy, but once I got the hang of it, it became easier. I will have to give Katerina Gasset credit ---her SEO To the Top was most helpful. Take a look and let me know what you think.
