Questions Agents Should be Asking Sellers Stan Huff, my assistant manager in the Mt. Pleasant office, just brought to my attention that our agents really really need to be getting better information from their sellers.  He has a very good point --- there are quite a few bad situations out there that may could have been avoided if only the agent had asked more questions at the listing.
