There is a short sale listing in MLS -- no mention of a negotiator. When an offer is written on the property, all of a sudden, the listing agent does not respond, but the negotiator responds. The contract goes back and forth -- the buyer and seller come to terms subject to the bank's approval. Selling agent and listing agent have not spoken at all. Then,the negotiator deals with the bank and get an approval for the contract. After teaching 2 different 4 hour classes in one day -- even lunch was not a break, because I was still talking to those around me -- I lost my voice. I was able to finish the class at 5:30pm just fine and before I got home at 6:00, my voice was going & by 8:00pm, I had no voice at all. Adding Buttons to Active Rain Regarding the posts that I wrote yesterday Add Buttons to Web Site & Another Duh Moment, I wanted to update those of you who want to put buttons on your Active Rain posts. Another "Duh" Moment Regarding the post that I wrote earlier today Add Buttons to Web Site, I have just realized that all that copying from my Active Rain and pasting and then replacing was not necessary. Yes, I'm proud. Having spent several hours coordinating Active Rain, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Buzz and my web sites, I am really proud of the progress I have made. There is so much to learn -- new things coming down the line every day.
