Looking for a change - a better, smarter, quicker or more consistent way of doing things? With the New Year just around the corner many of us are looking for a Fresh Start. For some of us that means an Overhaul, for other's its just a Tweek here or a Tweek there.
We have a tendancy to make things complicated don't we? Somehow if things are complicated we have a built-in excuse for not doing what we know needs to be done. What's the excuse if THE SHIFT that's required is Simple?

Well one belief is that "Failing is the path to success" You don't succeed your way to success.....The people who know this is a fact understand that the down is the new up...according to Gary Keller. Strange isn't it - we don't normally think along those lines....To view past failures as the road to new opportunities - is a rather 'freeing' thought no?
