To buy your home, first the public has to be able to find it! If the home is inside a city limits, you only get one choice, but once you cross the city line, things get a little more complex. Your township homes in Warren County may be addressed one of two ways: Either by their township location or by their postal mailing address. The Cincinnati MLS requires that agents are consistent with the county auditor's tax record address, so if you're outside the city limits, we ARE required to list your home by your township address (Turtlecreek, Clearcreek, Deerfield, Hamilton, … (4 comments)
