cary real estate market report: Cary NC Real Estate Market Report January 2011 - 02/02/11 03:12 PM
Thank Heavens January is over! Not only was the weather unusually cold and snowy here, but it seems like all of our usual snow bird buyers were snow bound in their houses up north, and not buying a house here in the top rated town of Cary, North Carolina. So what do the numbers say about last month? The total number of sales in Cary for detached homes last month was 86, compared to 112 in December and 116 in November. The lowest priced home sold for $120,000, although it was listed at $169,000. According to the MLS, there

cary real estate market report: Cary NC Real Estate Market Report Octobert 2010 - 11/15/10 07:04 PM
Unlike many other cities in NORTH CAROLINA, including Apex, sales of homes increased in Cary for the month of October, 2010! But with Cary consistently in the Top 10 of somebody's list of safest or finest places to live, best place to work or raise a family, etc, it's no wonder people still continue to buy here. So how many single family detached homes did sell in Cary North Carolina in October? Exactly 100! cary real estate market report: Cary NC Real Estate Market Report August 2010 - 09/08/10 10:41 AM
Another hot month here in the south, and maybe that's what kept the buyers from swarming around. However, for those that say "no one is buying a house"- well that's not true. LESS people bought homes than in the previous few months, but they still are buying houses here in Cary NC. Cary NC Real Estate Market Report August 2010 For the month of August 66 homes closed in the under $400,000 price range, compared to 75 in July, and 122 for the month of June. The lowest priced home sold was a foreclosure and sold for $173,000.

cary real estate market report: Cary North Carolina Summer Market Report and Statistics - 09/08/09 01:31 PM
The Labor Day holiday is over and the kids are back to school, so it's time to see how the housing market faired this summer here in Cary North Carolina. These numbers were provided by the Triangle Multiple Listing Service. While the number of homes for sale and under contract held pretty steady for the past three months, the number of homes sold (closed) in August went down drastically. Hopefully the number of homes that went under contract in August will result in more closed sales for September. The Good News for home values is that the average
