Here in the Cary Apex area of North Carolina we have an abundance of beautiful homes for sale, many of which are in planned communities. Finding a home for a buyer who wants to live in Brackenridge, Holly Brook, Brighton Forest, or any of the other lovely neighborhoods can provide a wealth of choices.
However, many of today's buyers have particular needs out side of the usual for the property they want to call home.

Luxury Living in the Raleigh Cary Apex North Carolina Area Here in the Wake County area of North Carolina we have a good share of homes defined as "Luxury Living". In our area luxury homes are defined as homes priced over $500,000.
But how are the luxury homes selling right now? Well, let's put it this way, it's a great time to be a buyer! While the market has less homes for sale than the 1st quarter of 2009, there is still a 28 month supply of homes over $500,000 for sale in the Triangle area.
