I have worked with clients on several fix and flip. We all love the Flip this House shows!! (except that the true profit margin does not include the Realtor resale commission on most shows!) We would like to make a video of our next one, but have no experience with that. Does anyone have any suggestions as far as Camera, Format, etc. anything! I would also like to share some of our good and bad experiences and hope to hear any ideas or stories from other investors.
