buying: CARY NC Staging your Home - 03/04/11 08:49 AM
CARY NC Staging Your Home CARY NC Staging your home is an important aspect of the home selling process. Buyers want to be able to see themselves and their possessions in the house. Buying a home is an emotional process that involves all of the senses. Buyers will be swayed by a bright, fresh smelling home that they can imagine living in themselves. I realize it’s a challenge to live in a home that has been staged. Remember, well staged homes in Cary sell quicker. The outcome is worth the effort. buying: CARY NC Is Pricing AT Market Value a Good or Bad Thing? - 03/01/11 06:22 PM
CARY NC Is Pricing AT Market Value a Good or Bad Thing? CARY NC Is pricing at market value a good or bad thing? I've been asking myself this because of the events of the past week.Scenario:I have a client for a depressed real estate market, who lost money on the sale of their home. They are relocating to the Cary area where our market has remained fairly stable. Over the past two years our market has seen prices slip and days on market rise. Sellers are frustrated. Agents are hearing their frustration and are suggesting pricing homes AT market value.
