CARY NC Housing Stats and Trends Februaby 2010-2011 CARY NC Housing Stats and Trends February 2010-2011 shows PENDING sales are up 15% over last month. That's great news! That means our Spring Market is in full swing. Next month the 15% PENDING will turn in to 15% SOLD. Our 6% increase in inventory will quicky turn to an increase in sales.
Our Spring Market generally starts mid-February and is full swing my mid-March and is crazed until end of June, if were lucky until July. This year if want to sell pricing must be close, if not at (1 comments)

Cary NC Housing Trends and Stats DEC '09-DEC'10 Cary NC Housing Trends and Stats DEC '09 - DEC '10 at first glance looks a bit bleak, however let's not forget that in 2010 we had the Federal Tax Credit for motivation. That tax credit motivated numerous first-time home buyers. Homes in the $250,000 and below sold like snow shovels during the season's first snow. (Couldn't help the Winter analogy, it's 28* and icy as I write this report.)

The weather is still registering in the low 90*, yet it is evident Fall has arrived in Real Estate. Traditionally the Fall months bring a slow down. Families are back from vacation, school is in session, holidays are pending. This year is no exception.
While PENDING sales are UP over last month the rest of the market is in a slight decline when compared to last year. (2 comments)
Cary NC Housing Trends and Statistics - June '09 - '10 This past spring has seen a surge in Cary NC Housing Trends and Statistics. Stats are up! Cary NC area market saw a sharp rise in home sales in March and April. June saw a leveling off of the spike.
Looking at the housing trend over a one year period SOLDS were up 33.8% Looking at the housing trend over a 15 month period SOLDS were up and astounding 77%

Cary NC Housing Statistics May 2009-2010 Cary NC housing statistics May 2009-2010 definitely show the affects of the Federal Tax Credit. May SOLD homes are up 38.8% over 2009 a hold over from the April 30th deadline. PENDING home sales are down 26% form 2009, what has become know as the market "hangover" from the tax credit.
At our office Fonville Morisey -Preston we are still seeing activity over 2009, yet nothing like May 2010!
Cary NC is still attracting relocation buyers due to RTP (Research Triangle Park), schools, safety, and lifestyle.
The rising trend of Cary NC Housing Statistics and Trends continues! February 2010 we saw 214% rise of pending sales over 2009. March 2010 pending sales are up 65% over 2009. With just days left before the April 30 the tax credit deadline the big question remains, "Will the up trend continue?" Cary NC Housing Trends and Statistics for February 2009-2010 That is not a misprint on Cary NC Housing Trenda and Statistics for February 2009-2010, Pending sales are UP 213.8% ! Realtors all over Cary have not slept in weeks. We are working around the clock, the office is full at 8:00 pm, and the mood is upbeat. No one says it out loud, don't want to jinks it. but we are all thinking it, " Maybe it was all a bad dream."

Looking at the graph below: Cary Homes FOR SALE are UP 8.2% Cary Homes SOLD are UP 32.7 % Cary Homes PENDING are UP 16.7% This graph illustrated what we have been experiencing, an active Real Estate market in Cary NC. Many reasons are attributed to this increase, including the health of the job market at Research Triangle Park, low interest rates, and the tax incentive. Why choose Cary NC?

Cary NC Housing Trend Statistics - December '08-'09 Cary NC Housing Trend Statistics - December '08- '09 Using the chart below it is evident that the Cary NC market is up from one year ago. Homes For Sale are UP 3.3% Homes Sold are UP 23.1% Homes Pending are UP 5.2% These Housing trend statistics come as no surprise to me or the agents in our office. We have been busy listing homes and writing contracts. It's been a welcome trend over 2008. Again we have to attribute the increase in sale to the Tax Credits being offerers. (0 comments)
Cary NC - Housing Forecasts According to the TARR Report -Triangle Area Residential Realty Report the maps below indicate the Cary NC-Housing Forecast. The map shows growth in all of Wake County, however I'd like to concentrate on the Cary area. The first map shows the the cities that make up Wake County. The second map shows the housing forecast for the area including Cary. Beginning in 1995, coincidently when I relocated to Cary, and forecasting to the year 2025. Notice the growth in Western Cary to the Chatham County line. This area includes Ambery, Cary Park, Carolina Preserve Del (0 comments)
Cary NC Housing Trend Statistics - November '08-'09 It's all good news in Cary NC! Looking at Cary NC Housing Trend Statistics graph below, information provided by Triangle MLS, the number of sold and pending homes are up from last November. November '08 had 87 SOLD homes and 65 PENDING homes, while November '09 shows 89 SOLD and 148 PENDING homes. Cary has seen an increase of 70.1 %in SOLD and 36.9 % in PENDING over last year! Now that is GOOD news!

Cary NC Housing Trend Statistics- October '08-'09 Cary NC Housing Trend Statistics are provided in the graph below. To the left you will see the NUMBER OF HOMES at the bottom the MONTHS. Graphed is a one year span of the Number of Homes FOR SALE, Number of Homes SOLD , Number of Homes PENDING.
You can clearly see by the graph our Cary NC spring market. So if you are moving to Cary NC our inventory is at its highest in May and June. The number of PENDING homes is up from October '08. This can only be (0 comments)
