CARY NC Homes for Sale - Stats and Data - December 2011 Cary NC homes for sale are still stable. The number of home for this time of year are expectedly low. Inventory of homes for sale through the Holiday Season is always light. Sales light too.
We are looking forward to an active spring season in Cary NC. Sellers can expect to break even. While Buyers can still expect to be in the "driver's seat".
