Bay City is one of the few communities located directly on the Chesapeake Bay. This community consists of approximately 700 single family property owners and is situated just south of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge on Maryland’s eastern shore. For BCPOA members the community has two waterfront parks. The south park is located directly on the Chesapeake Bay, its amenities include picnic tables, grills and a play ground.
