Albuquerque Academy Star Curtis Beach…exemplifies good sportsmanship.
Former Academy Chargers Track & Field decathlete Curtis Beach is a Super Star in my book.  The entire Albuquerque Academy Charger Community was cheering him on hoping that he makes the 2012 US Olympic Team.  That, in and of itself would have been pretty special; the last time an underclassman made it to the Olympics was in 1992. It was a tough meet.  With 60 degrees temperature and rain, I think things just did not come together for him.  He finished 11th overall in the Decathlon.
Now his act of selflessness in the … (0 comments)

Thanks to Chris Thomas of Denver, CO for keeping us pu to date on the Changes in the FHA Underwriting Guidelines. This is very important info for all of us.
