lead generation: Did you know that "You CAN get sued for blogging?" - 06/17/08 11:40 PM
I am curious to know what the members of AR think about the current threat of lawsuits for the things we say in our blogs.  I understand our rights to free speech, and value this and all other constitutional rights.  After having served for twenty years to defend these rights, I for one will never be intimidated by threats or intimidation tactics that would silence me.  I recognize that I cannot disparage others; I cannot plagiarize others work' and I do not choose to use profane language in expressing myself.  With that said, I  will speak out against any scam, injustice, questionable, or criminal practice that I am aware of, … (4 comments)

lead generation: Exclusive Buyer and Seller Leads - 05/18/08 11:38 PM
Now I don't know about you, but these days I am being inundated with offers from lead generation companies.  It's not like I haven't had my share of dealings with them, God knows I have.  The interesting thing is that everything is now repackaged and the exclusive buyer and seller leads are much cheaper than 3 years ago when I had my runnings with Top Producer, House Values and Agent Connect.
