Foreclosure Report and Foreclosure du Jour: Cape Coral Pool Home - 03/22/11 12:43 PM
 The number of foreclosures today on the MLS for all of Lee County, Florida is 541 as of this date, a dramatic increase from just a few months ago when that numbers was over 1000.  There is lots of action.  In Cape Coral, particuarly, these great deals are being snapped up by investors and home buyers.  It's becoming more difficult to purchase a good deal.  Prices are now inching up.  Yet, there are still foreclosures coming on the market; they are just going very fast.
There are gulf access condos near the Parkway and single family homes situated in all parts of the Cape, some waterfront, some with pools.
