          Welcome to Southwest Florida! Many buyers are coming off the fence and buying in Lee county and Collier county and for good reasons.Golf communities, water sports, canal homes, fishing, homes on dry lots at 2002-2003 prices, homes on the river, gulf access homes, large choices of townhouses, carriages homes and condos, gulf frontage homes and more are some of the reasons buyers are making their moves. But what do buyers really want? Deals! Good properties which can be bought for 40-60% on the dollar. That makes sense.
