fort myers beach real estate: Slide: is it snowing on Estero Island of Fort Myers Beach Florida? - 05/10/10 12:00 AM
Snowing? Yea right! It got you looking! Yes it is warmer in Fort Myers Beach. Much warmer. I have now changed my schedule. Wake up earlier and take a stroll or a short jog on the beach. Its better this way, otherwise the humidity rises after 11 a.m. We have more energy this way. Quite a few have the same idea. Its no secret. They just start their lives earlier. As a night owl its an adjustment but it feels good to have done so much by mid morning. Otherwise I would be like a lizard and sleep somewhere

fort myers beach real estate: Now I can eat more for breakfast - 10/14/09 11:33 PM
For many years I have enjoyed walking, biking or jogging the shore of Fort Myers Beach. There is always something new. It is a moveable feast as Hemingway would say. That morning I did see that our brown pelicans looked bigger and well fed. At that time the sun bounces off the tip of the waves and it blinds you a bit. A bit surreal but tranquil, and powerful. the island is 7 miles plus long. same for the length of the beach. Plenty to explore. There is always something to learn. Further away I saw some

Fort Myers Beach is going strong thank you very much. Quite a few Realtors including myself have warned quite a few times their clients that the market is changing and that the properties they have an interest in will probably be gone by the summer. Be reassured that the deals are still here, but make no mistake about it: if you are serious do not take to long! fort myers beach real estate: Fort Myers Beach and Estero island Diary - 09/13/08 10:28 PM
If you are looking for a more Jimmy Buffet life style of slacking Fort Myers Beach is the place. The island also known as Estero Island is not trendy Captiva or Sanibel island, nor does it want to be. When my wife and I first moved from Old Town Naples, we were looking for an island which had more moderate prices and had more down to earth quality and kept its heritage with its older cottages, its fishing with its largest commercial port in the area located along the narrow Matanza Pass and its formidable Calusa Indian history.

fort myers beach real estate: New Small Complex with Gulf views - 11/17/07 01:31 PM
Fort Myers Beach has a new condo. They started building it in 2006 and it was just recently finished. Yes, they took their time or the town took their time with the permits.Either way it was well worth the wait. Its located mid island near Publix and accross from the Gulf. It means it will take you 1 mn at most to reach the Guf access on Newtown beach. There seem to be a new trend in Fort Myers Beach. Developpers seem to be attracted to smaller plush complexes with mediterraneen/Italian architectural influences mixed with Floridian know how at its best. The
