Fort Myers" River District" Master Plan shows healthy Real Estate The vision of Fort Myers Downtown Distric Redevelopment started in the year 2000-2001 with the Genesis Group and DPZ which had a master Plan to transform the heart of Fort Myers and its 534 acres.The first plan started in 1986 and due a tremendous growth and economic health another vision was needed indeed.
