Being dog owners, my wife and I, often find it a challenge to find a place to vacation at for a few days or a week. A few of our local aquatic "preserve" are Estero Bay which is located along the back Bay of Fort Myers Beach and a sight to see. Matlacha Pass and the Pine Island Sound around one of my favorite Old Florida island in the area of Lee County which is Pine Island. and the Gasparilla Sound - Charlotte Harbor. Numbers don't lie and there are strong signs that Real Estate in Lee County Southwest Florida is "starting to turn around". We are certainly not out of the woods by any means, Lee County is still showing three times more new homes listed every day then sold.Let's stay objective.
