My area of Lee County, covers cities among others such as Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Pine Island
and we know foreclosures and short sales. After all we are one of the counties with the highest percentage of Bank owned properties.
In the last year, as the average price of a home in Cape Coral and Fort Myers was pulled down by the flooding of short sales and foreclosures, we have seen of course, terrific deals for buyers, including auctions. There are many ways to beautify a home or give it that personal touch. These piece were shot from Matlacha, Fort Myers Beach, Pine island and Cape Coral and Floridians certainly don’t lack imagination.
Some exterior decorative pieces are plain whimsical, others tell something about the owner and others add this Floridian touch. What is beautiful is personal. There are no rules. One thing it does do is tell a story. Is it southwest Florida art?

Bokeelia is located in the southern part of Pine Island. it is an island which belongs to a time long gone, and that si the way the resident like it. No, they do not want to be another Fort Lauderdale or Cape Coral. Nothing against these cities, but that is not what Pine island is about. Many areas of cape Coral are glorious. You will find it on Pine Island, for one place. The entrance to Pine Island is the artistic community of Matlacha. St. James City is located the southern end of the Island and Bokeelia on the northern tip facing Charlotte Harbor.
